Our Code of Conduct
The West Palm Beach Tech Happy Hour aims to foster networking and collaboration within the tech community. We value the active participation of each community member, prioritizing their enjoyable and fulfilling experience.
To ensure a respectful and courteous environment, we have established a Code of Conduct that outlines behavioral expectations for all participants, including speakers, sponsors, vendors, and volunteers. Compliance with this Code of Conduct is mandatory for engagement in our community and participation in any West Palm Beach Tech Happy Hour event.
The West Palm Beach Tech Happy Hour is committed to providing an inclusive and respectful environment for all attendees, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion (or lack thereof), or technology preferences.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment within our community. Offensive or discriminatory language and imagery are strictly prohibited and will result in appropriate action, including potential expulsion from our events or venues, as determined by our staff.
Participants are expected to promptly adhere to our request to cease any form of harassment. This policy also extends to sponsors and vendors. If you have any concerns, please bring them to our attention without delay.
You can approach the event host (Lucie Allaire) or any event staff member in person, or reach out to us through our contact form – on this link. We value your feedback and are here to assist you.
Our team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of all community participants. If you encounter any harassment during your time with us, we are here to assist you in contacting local law enforcement or providing any other necessary support. Your safety is of utmost importance to us, and we truly value your presence as a valued member of our community.
